Returns

- Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as downloadable software or gift cards, are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Restocking Fee: Returns not due to an error on our part may be subject to a small restocking fee.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Faulty/Wrong Items: If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
