Returns

  • Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as downloadable software or gift cards, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns not due to an error on our part may be subject to a small restocking fee.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Faulty/Wrong Items: If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
